The heart behind Aligned With Leigh

Reconnect with yourself, discover your potential and create a life that feels more authentically yours.

My Story

I’m Leigh Grant, the heart behind Aligned With Leigh.

Like many people, I’ve had times when life’s responsibilities and expectations made me question who I am and what truly matters. Those moments led me on my own journey of self-discovery, and a deep curiosity about our emotional patterns and the connection between mind, body and spirit.

After more than 30 years in the financial world, I found myself drawn to work that let me connect with people on a more personal level. It began with Reiki, then opened the door to crystal healing, numerology, astrology and meditation.

Along the way I learned that these practices aren’t only about spirituality. They’re ways to pause, reflect, question our beliefs and make more conscious choices. And self-discovery isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about recognising who you are beneath the roles and expectations that have shaped you.

My Approach

Three decades in finance taught me to be practical, organised and clear, and to listen carefully before offering advice. I bring those same qualities to my work. Insight is only valuable if you can use it, so I focus on grounded, realistic steps that help you take what you discover into everyday life. I explain things in plain language and keep every session structured, so you always know what to expect.

Alongside that sits a warm, welcoming space where you can be yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change or simply curious, I don’t believe in telling people who they are, what to believe or how to live. I believe in helping you find those answers for yourself.

In my Reiki sessions, I also incorporate crystal healing to support the experience, always with your comfort and consent.

Training and credentials

  • Reiki: Registered Reiki Practitioner with Reiki Guild South Africa, currently studying towards Reiki Master level
  • Numerology: Professional Pythagorean Numerology Course with Professional Practice Endorsement, mentored and endorsed by Janet Lynn van Niekerk (Janet’s Numerology)
  • Crystal healing: Certificate of Accomplishment, 50 hours across 16 modules, Energencia Academy
  • Astrology: A passion I continue to study and deepen

Learning and growing together

There is always more to learn, and sharing that with others is one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. My vision goes beyond individual sessions, towards helping people deepen their understanding of themselves and bring what they learn into everyday life. Because the real value of self-discovery lies in what we choose to do with it.

A personal invitation

You don’t need any experience with Reiki, numerology or astrology, or to consider yourself
spiritual. All you need is an open mind, a little curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Feel calmer. Know yourself. Live aligned.
