The Astrology of You
What is The Astrology of You?
A personalised exploration of your birth chart, helping you connect astrological insight with your own experiences, relationships and everyday choices. You don’t need any previous knowledge of astrology. We begin with your life and use your chart as a guide to understanding yourself more deeply.
What happens in each session
Each session explores a different theme, such as your identity, emotional needs, what brings you joy or how you connect with others. We look at the relevant planets, signs and houses in your chart, translating their symbolism into clear, relatable examples rather than overwhelming you with technical information.
- Conversation: we start with what’s happening in your life.
- Visual learning cards: simple, clear ways to understand your chart.
- Guided reflection: exploring how each theme shows up for you.
- Interactive worksheets: practical exercises to take into your week.
You might reflect on the experiences that leave you feeling energised, recognise how you give and receive affection, or discover what helps you express yourself more freely.
[Number of sessions, length of each session and format, e.g. in person in Waterfall, KZN
and/or online.]
How it builds
Each session builds on the last, with practical exercises to take your discoveries into everyday life. The aim is a richer understanding of yourself, with space to recognise your strengths, question familiar patterns and make conscious choices about how you want to live.
How I keep it a safe space
- Paced by you. We go as deep or as gently as feels right.
- Confidential and non-judgemental. Whatever comes up is welcome.
- Insight, not prediction. Your chart offers perspective and you stay the expert on your own life.
- No experience needed. Curious beginners and sceptics are equally welcome.
Who it’s for
Anyone curious about astrology, or wanting a fresh perspective on their personality, relationships and choices. It’s also a natural next step after the Soul Alignment Journey, which ends with an introduction to astrology.
Good to know
Astrology is a tool for reflection and self-understanding. It isn’t a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
